The Protein Starter

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Milk (Dairy or Plant Based; I go 50-50)

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder

  • Stabilizer (choose 1)

    • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

    • 1 TBSP Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)

  • Optional: Additional Sweeteners

  • Optional: Dash Salt

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients.

  2. Freeze overnight.

  3. Blend on Lite Ice Cream.

  4. Rest for 2-3 min warm water bath.

    1. Option to add 1-4 TBSP Liquid.

  5. Blend on Lite Ice Cream.
