The Protein Starter
Ingredients:
2 Cups Milk (Dairy or Plant Based; I go 50-50)
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Stabilizer (choose 1)
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 TBSP Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)
Optional: Additional Sweeteners
Optional: Dash Salt
Directions:
Combine ingredients.
Freeze overnight.
Blend on Lite Ice Cream.
Rest for 2-3 min warm water bath.
Option to add 1-4 TBSP Liquid.
Blend on Lite Ice Cream.
