What is the Ninja Creami?

  • A countertop appliance that transforms frozen mixtures into ice cream, milk shakes, and sorbets.

  • Popular for making low-calorie frozen treats with remarkable textures and indulgent richness.

  • Make Ice Cream from anything!

  • The Creami uses uses a spinning blade to simultaneously shave & compress frozen bases into a smooth, creamy texture.

  • Be warned, the Creami is loud! Think of a blender with a bunch of ice in it, except it last for a few minutes. One reviewer on YouTube said "At 80-90dB, it's like having a lawn mower in your house!"

Recipes don't have to be complicated

Part of the fun of the Creami is making your own recipes!

At first, all the recipes out there can be overwhelming. Don't be paralyzed by this. Start simple and find what you like.

Which Model Should I Buy?

Between the Original and the Deluxe, I would decide based on the pint size. 16 ounces is a lot of Ice Cream for one sitting, but it you're splitting it with someone you might be wishing there was a little bit more. You can re-freeze a pint if you don't finish it in one go (level it off).

7-in-1 Ninja Creami (NC301)

The OG and most popular Creami. Also the least expensive. This model features 16 ounce pints and 7 modes, though you'll likely only use a few.

Ninja Creami Deluxe (NC501)

The Deluxe features slightly larger 24 ounce containers and it also has a powerful motor to mix the extra contents. Its slightly quieter and has 11 settings including Slushies & Italian Ice.

Ninja Creami Swirl (NC701)

The Swirl has 9 modes plus a Soft Serve/Scoop toggle. It uses a lever & plunger to swirl out ice cream from the pint. In my opinion, it's more of a gimmick and just adds extra cleanup.

I have no plans to buy the Swirl. While I love Soft Serve, I don't love the thought of adding steps and dishes.
