The Protein Starter:
2 Cups Milk (Dairy or Plant Based; I go 50-50)
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Stabilizer (choose 1)
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 TBSP Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)
Optional: Additional Sweeteners
Optional: Dash Salt
The Extra Creami (with Cottage Cheese)
1.5 Cups Milk (Dairy, Plant, or Blend)
1/4-1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Stabilizer (choose 1)
1/8-1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 tsp Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)
Optional: Additional Sweeteners
Just Milk & Pudding Mix:
2 Cups Milk (at least 75% Dairy)
2 TBSP Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)
Optional: Additional Sweeteners
