Recipes don't have to be complicated!

Here are 3 base recipes to get you started!

The Protein Starter:
  • 2 Cups Milk (Dairy or Plant Based; I go 50-50)

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder

  • Stabilizer (choose 1)

    • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

    • 1 TBSP Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)

  • Optional: Additional Sweeteners

  • Optional: Dash Salt


The Extra Creami (with Cottage Cheese)
  • 1.5 Cups Milk (Dairy, Plant, or Blend)

  • 1/4-1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder

  • Stabilizer (choose 1)

    • 1/8-1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

    • 2 tsp Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)

  • Optional: Additional Sweeteners

Just Milk & Pudding Mix:
  • 2 Cups Milk (at least 75% Dairy)

  • 2 TBSP Pudding Mix (adds flavor/sweetness)

  • Optional: Additional Sweeteners
